Brief
ASUS KSA had a huge stock of ZenFone cell phones in another country.
They wanted to distribute the devices in the retail markets in Saudi Arabia.
Model: ZenFone2
Challenge
To
promote and sell the new generation of Zenfone online and offline, although the
devices are not compatible with 4G and it was the first time for ASUS in Saudi
market.
Planning
and implantation
Rayat’s
team was trained on product features, then a marketing plan was developed that
allowed the product to target specific customers and retailers at the same
time, and the Promoters team at retail outlets published POSM Materials
marketing brochures. Sales reached more than 7,200 device, and they were higher
than ASUS expectations.
